Life Cycles of organisms
            Plants have life cycles
 
Characteristics of Organisms
Organisms have basic needs: air, water, light, nutrients, space
Plants have different structures that serve different functions: roots, leaves, stems, flowers   
 
Organisms and Their Environments
Organisms interact with one another in various ways besides providing food (interdependence).
         
 
Inquiry Skills
Inquiry skills are those skills students use to make sense of their science investigations.  They tell what the students will actually be doing in science.  The Inquiry Skills for Plant Growth and Development are:
