Lesson Summary Children have the opportunity to use different materials to make balls.  When they are finished they explore how their balls roll, bounce, and fall.  Teacher Background Give students a chance to take apart or view the insides of old balls.  Refer to Assessment Record page I-25 and/or Student Profile page I-31-34 while you observe the children working.
