Science as Inquiry through Collaborative Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
Resource and Material Support
|
Our goal is to provide both material and instructional support to ensure implementation and to provide students with the opportunity to meet the teacher and student expectations for LEAs involved in the E2T2 GPS/GIS project.
The Van Allen Science Teaching Center at GWAEA has six kits on reserve for participating teachers. Following training teachers are able to reserve the GPS Kits or the Water Quality Kits for a two week cycle.
Reservations are accepted on a first come, first served basis. To reserve the GPS or Water Quality Kits contact:
Kits are sent to LEA building sites via the GWAEA Van System and are cycled out for two weeks on a reservation basis. Kits can be extended beyond the two week cycle by special request, if available.
