Grant Wood AEA Official Transcripts
At the close of each semester (Aug. 31, Dec. 15, & May 31), a transcript will be sent to your home address if you participated in a course during that semester.
A transcript can be requested electronically at any time by either emailing crussell@gwaea.org or by logging into your account https://www.gwaea.org/apps/ProfDev/user/signon.cfm

Log in using your username and password..

Click on "My Transcript" tab.

Click on "Request Official Transcript".
Your request will be automatically forwarded to the Profressional Development Office. Your transcript will be processed within 2 business days to your home address. Please allow 3-4 days US mail delivery.
Please make sure your profile has been updated with the current name, mailing address and school building and district.
All workshops and graduate credit courses taken through Grant Wood AEA Professional Development will appear on your GWAEA transcript. A separate college transcript is not required for license renewal.
Important:
Instructors have two weeks to submit grades after the final class date or assignment due date, whichever is later. Grades will be posted within five business days after they are received. Transcripts may be requested after grades are recorded. Please consider these timelines as you plan for license renewal.

The first transcript for each course will be automatically sent to all participants without being requested. For additional copies there is a $5.00 charge.
