EARLY CHILDHOOD

Implementing the Creative Curriculum for Preschool
Participants will have the opportunity to study and implement routines, strategies and assessments from the Creative Curriculum for Preschool and the Developmental Continuum for 3-5 year olds. Participants will deepen their understanding of the Iowa Early Learning Standards and examine curricular frameworks and assessments that support those standards. Participants will practice strategies and environmental supports that will allow for routine and regular implementation of meaningful experiences throughout the daily routine in the early childhood classroom and utilize assessment data for all children.
