Graceland University graduation ceremony Jan. 13 in Cedar Rapids

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Cedar Rapids...Sixty-five local teachers will receive their Master of Education in Collaborative Learning and Teaching degrees from Graceland University on Saturday, Jan. 13, 2007 at 1:30 p.m. The graduation ceremony will be held in Ballantyne Auditorium on the Kirkwood Community College campus in Cedar Rapids. 

Dr. Ronald Fielder, Chief Administrator of Grant Wood Area Education Agency, will be the commencement speaker. Dr. Steven Anders, Acting President of Graceland University, will present diplomas to the graduates. The Dean of the Graceland School of Education is Dr. Bill Armstrong. Dr. Jim O’Connor is Director of the Graceland programs in Eastern Iowa.

The Graceland Master of Education program in Eastern Iowa is offered in collaboration with Grant Wood AEA.
