Directions for taking and recording results of the INTEREST INVENTORIES:
NOTE: Each time you click on a link to an interest inventory, it will open a new window. This means you will leave this site to do things on other sites. Each time you are done with an interest inventory, close the window that you are currently in. You will be back to these directions in this window. (The "Back" button will not bring you back to this page; you must close the interest inventory window).
The results are listed in career clusters, with an aptitude ranking from higher to lower. Record your top clusters in the top left hand column of Summary Page 1.
Review the careers listed for each cluster by clicking on the cluster and looking at the list. Record any careers of interest on Summary Page 2.
The Career Match matches your personality attributes to those required by various careers. You will get a page of results entitled "CAREERMATCH ANALYSIS". Print this page.
At the top of the analysis is "YOUR PROFILE" with an ISCAPO score. Click to the right to see an "Explanation of ISCAPO profile." Print these pages. Record statements about you that you feel are significant on Summary Page 3a.
Click the "Back" button and record on Summary Page 2 the careers that sound interesting to you that match well with your profile (the first set of careers on your CareerMatch Analysis).

Keirsey Character Sorter and Keirsey Temperament Sorter II
A member of the Area 10 School-to-Work Committee reviewed these questionnaires for you.You may want to be sure you have understanding of the vocabulary in the questions before answering. If you come to a word you are not sure of, check with someone else or look it up in the dictionary. The questionnaires identify four temperament types that you will connect to possible careers for you.
Take both questionnaires and record the results in box 2 on Summary Page 3.
Visit the Connecting Personality Types with Careers and Jobs site. Match your variant temperament codes (four letter codes) from each questionnaire with the headings in the lists. Record the careers you might enjoy on Summary Page 2.
